Why do I have to book into a time slot?

The time you book is your time of arrival; you need to arrive during your selected time slot.

We have time slots so that we can stagger visits throughout the day and keep crowd control to a minimum. This will also help keep down potential queue times, however you are welcome to spend as long as you would like inside once you have entered.
