What do I need to collect my tickets?

When collecting your tickets, we ask that you bring photographic identification with you.  This would need to be a valid document with both your full name and a clear photograph on it. We suggest either a full or provisional driver’s licence or a passport.  You will also need your reference number and the payment card you use to complete the booking when collecting the tickets.
