If you have pre-booked your Merlin annual pass online and selected SEA LIFE Sydney as your home attraction, you will need to collect your pass from us. Please take the booking reference number provided to you via email and the payment card you used, along to SEA LIFE Sydney.
The team there will then make up your pass/passes for you on arrival. If a member of your family cannot be present on the day, please take a passport sized photograph of them so this can be scanned on to the pass. Without a photo the pass cannot be made up, all other photos will be taken on the day.
