If you have received your e-mail confirmation, confirming your booking but not your print at home tickets, please don't worry. When presenting the booking reference number the payment card and photographic ID, SEA LIFE Sydney will be able to print these off for you.
The time you book is your time of arrival; you need to arrive during your selected time slot. This is so that we can stagger visits throughout the day. Once you have entered, you’re welcome to spend as long as you like in the centre.
If you miss your allocated time slot we will attempt to allow entry as soon as possible. This may mean waiting until the next available time slot.
You may be subject to a fee if you have booked off-peak tickets but arrive during a peak time.
